What does this mean?

South Africa faces many pressing challenges besides the climate emergency. Chronic unemployment, low economic growth and social development decline are each an emergency. Our response must be integrated. We cannot leave people behind. Fortunately, we believe the clean energy transition is the key to truly broad-based, sustainable economic development.

How are we different?

Kaelo Energy stands out from other players. We are 100% South African-owned and 60% black-owned. From the start, we have put 20% ownership into the hands of broad-based black shareholders.

We are developing a strong South African management team.
